The DECA Career Development Conference (CDC) has more than 10,000 DECA members demonstrate their college and career knowledge and skills by participating in the Competitive Events Program. This is a once in a lifetime experience, from competing against members from all over the state to making life long connections with the people you meet. INTERNATIONAL CAREER DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE
The DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) is the culmination of the DECA year. More than 20,000 high school students, teacher-advisors, business professionals and alumni gather for several days of DECA excitement.
